  • Order fulfillment — We share your name and shipping address with our fulfillment partner (Dripshipper) so they can roast and ship your coffee.
  • Communication — We send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (if you subscribe) pre-charge notifications. We may also send occasional product updates — you can unsubscribe anytime.
  • Account management — If you create an account, we store your order history and subscription preferences so you can manage them easily.

What We Don’t Do

  • We don’t sell your personal information to third parties.
  • We don’t share your data with anyone except our payment processor (Stripe) and fulfillment partner (Dripshipper).
  • We don’t use your data for targeted advertising on other platforms.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep your cart working and remember your login. We use basic analytics to understand how people use our site so we can make it better. No third-party tracking cookies.

Your Rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to update it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Email us at hello@phoenixcoffeeclub.com and we’ll take care of it within 30 days.

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 certified. We follow standard security practices to protect your information.
