Terms of Service
The Short Version
We sell coffee. You buy coffee. We do our best to make sure it’s excellent and arrives on time. If something goes wrong, we make it right.
Orders & Pricing
All prices are in USD and include the cost of the product. Shipping is free on subscriptions. One-time orders may have shipping charges applied at checkout. We reserve the right to update pricing — but we’ll never change the price of an active subscription without notifying you first.
Subscriptions
- Billing — Subscriptions are billed automatically on your chosen schedule (every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or monthly). We send a pre-charge email before each renewal so there are no surprises.
- Skip, pause, or cancel — You can skip a shipment, pause your subscription, or cancel entirely from your account dashboard. No penalties, no guilt trips, no hidden hoops.
- Changes — You can change your grind, size, or frequency from your account at any time before your next billing date.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Your coffee is roasted to order by our fulfillment partner and typically ships within 48 hours of roasting. Delivery times depend on your location (usually 3-7 business days within the US). We’ll email you tracking info when your order ships.
Returns & Satisfaction Guarantee
If your first bag doesn’t change how you think about coffee, contact us. We’ll offer a different roast, a refund, or work with you to find the right fit. We stand behind our product. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can’t accept returns of opened bags — but we’ll always make it right.

Limitation of Liability
We’re a small coffee company doing our best. Our total liability for any claim related to our products or services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order in question.
