Costa Rica is a country that takes coffee seriously — they actually banned Robusta beans by law to protect quality. This single origin comes from the Tarrazu region, where altitude and volcanic soil produce some of the cleanest, brightest cups in Central America.
The flavor is honey-sweet with a lively acidity that feels more like fresh fruit than sour bite. Expect notes of orange zest and red apple, with a brown sugar sweetness that lingers. It is a medium roast that showcases the bean rather than the roaster — which is exactly the point.
