About This Coffee
Honduras is the largest coffee producer in Central America and one of the least recognized — which means the beans are exceptional and the prices have not caught up yet. This single origin comes from high-altitude farms where the cooler temperatures create a denser, sweeter bean.
The cup is approachable and sweet, with a caramel and milk chocolate character that is comforting without being boring. There is a subtle stone-fruit acidity that adds dimension, and the finish is clean and smooth. If you want a daily drinker that quietly exceeds expectations every morning, this is it.
