About This Coffee
Mexican coffee is one of the world’s best-kept secrets. This single origin delivers a cup that is warm and inviting from the first sip — toasted almond and toffee with a cocoa undertone that deepens as you drink. The acidity is low and rounded, which means it plays well with everyone: black coffee drinkers, cream-and-sugar people, even the iced coffee crowd.
It is grown at altitude in Oaxaca’s Sierra Madre, where volcanic soil gives the beans a mineral richness you can feel in the body of the cup. Unassuming on the surface. Deeply satisfying underneath. The kind of coffee that converts people who think they do not like single-origin.

Not Sure?
If your first bag doesn't change how you think about coffee, we'll make it right. Different roast, a refund, or a conversation about what you actually like — we don't let a bad first experience end the relationship.
