About This Roast
These beans spend time resting inside genuine bourbon whiskey barrels, absorbing the oak, vanilla, and caramel character that decades of aging have embedded in the wood. Then they are roasted. The result is a cup that smells like a cooperage and tastes like nothing else in your cabinet.
The flavor is layered and warm: bourbon vanilla and oak on the first sip, then a deep caramel sweetness, then a smoky, almost spiced finish that lingers. There is no alcohol — just the ghost of it, the flavor memory of barrel and time. It is our most premium single bag for a reason.
