How does the subscription work?
Choose your coffee, pick a delivery schedule (every 2 weeks, 3 weeks, or monthly), and we handle the rest. Your coffee is roasted fresh after each order and shipped directly to your door. You’re notified before every charge.
Can I change my coffee or schedule?
Anytime. Log into your account, swap your roast, adjust your delivery frequency, or add more bags. Changes take effect on your next delivery.
What if I don’t like the coffee?
The Phoenix Promise covers you. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ll send a replacement or give you a full refund. No questions, no forms.
How do I cancel?
One click in your account settings. No phone calls, no emails, no retention tricks. Cancel anytime, effective immediately.
Is the coffee really fresh?
We don’t pre-roast inventory. Your coffee is roasted after you order and ships within 48 hours. Most members receive their coffee within 3-5 business days of roasting.
Can I order as a gift?
Yes. Visit our gifts page to set up a subscription for someone else. They get the coffee, you get the credit.
What’s the difference between the tiers?
The only difference is quantity. Ember is 1 bag, Flame is 2 bags, Inferno is 3+. The coffee quality, freshness, free shipping, and flexibility are identical across all tiers. Choose based on how much coffee you drink.
